The diagram illustrates how electricity is produced by geothermal energy. This process is in 5 stages which some parts of it, are underground and others are on the ground.
First of all, cold water that is in container, pumped down about 4.5 km underground. After that by injection, the cold water become warm in the Geometrical zone that is surrounded by hot rocks.
Then the hot water pumped up on the ground that is condensed in a container. In this stage, mentioned container is linked to another room that has a turbine. The turbine is circulated by the steam which is produced in previous stage and this rotation produce electricity in a generator. Then with generator, cable, and pylon, electricity distributes in different places.
In summary, the geothermal power plant is divided in 5 steps and each step does some important works that lead to produce electricity by water.
