Overall, the linear process includes 8 stages starting from storing flour in silos and ending with labeling and sealing cups.
At the first stage of making instant noodles, flour is filled from a truck into a tower containing silos for storage before being transferred to the mixing machine where the mixing process with water and oil happens. After this stage has been completed, the resulting mixtures are delivered through rollers for making dough sheets; they are then being processed into many small strips through a machine.
In the next step, dough strips are molded into noodles with the shape of discs and are cooked with oil before being left to dry. After being dried, noodle discs are moved to the next stage where vegetables and spices are added and put into cups; then cups are being labeled and sealed to complete the last stage.
