The diagram depicts how instant noodles are made with ingredients provided and packed them into final productions.
Overall, it is clear that there are 8 stages in the whole noodle cups production process, beginning with flour preserved in storage silos and ending with instant noodles completed.
On the first step, the truck transfers flour to the storage silos. To get all ingredients harmonized, the factory’s employees mix flour with water and oil, using a mixer machine. After the process of mixture, the mixer machine will shape the compound into rollers. At the next stage, the rollers will be rolled flat into sheets to maintain the quality of production. After that, the dough will be cut and shaped into a myriad of straight noodles. The process continues with manufacturing the noodle discs and putting with dried cooking oil packages to accomplish. Afterwards, the manufacturers put the noodles cups into the conveyor part and they add dried vegetables and spices packages which have been done. The process finishes with labeling and sealing the cups and delivering them to the market.
