The diagram illustrates the process of producing sugar from sugar canes. Looking from an overall perspective, it is apparent that there are 6 stages in the process, beginning with the harvest of sugar canes, and ending with the product of sugar.
At the first stage, sugar canes have been grown for one year or one year and a half, before being qualified to be reaped. There are two ways to harvest sugar canes, by using machines to collect in large or gathering mature plants by hand. In the next stage, yield trees are put in the grinder and crushed, which results in the outcome is raw sugar cane juice.
After that, the juice of sugar cane is run through a limestone filter to get rid of the particles. Then, through the process of heating, the juice is evaporated and becomes a syrup. In the following step, the syrup goes through the centrifuge process which detaches sugar crystal from the syrup. Finally, the solid sugar is made after cooling and drying the crystal of sugar.
