The provided diagram describes how dairy products and milk are produced for trade.
Overall, there are 8 stages in the process, starting with cows grazing on the grass, to the sale of dairy products in supermarkets and shops.
In the first four stages, cows are grazed freely in the field and twice a day, they are taken to the milking machine to be milked. After that, to ensure the quality, milk is put into a refrigeration storage and kept under a low temperature. Following this, milk is poured into a large tanker where it is then ready to be delivered to the dairy on a daily basis.
In the last four steps, at the dairy factory, milk passes through several production stages when it is pasteurized for safety, then classified in manufacture to turn into various dairy products such as cheese, cream and butter. Finally, as soon as milk and dairy products have been processed and packaged, they are then launched in supermarkets and shops where they are displayed and ready for purchase by consumers.
