The diagram depicts how milk or dairy-based product are manufactured for public consumption.
There are 8 main stages in the process, beginning with a herd of cows grazing on grass and ending with a variety of products which are purchased by customers.
The initial stage is that cows are reared main food is grass on agricultural land. Twice a day, these cows are then transferred to a milking facility where are equipped with milking machine. After that, the resulting milk is kept in large-sized refrigeration containers to ensure that it stays fresh. Next, the milk is collected by a milk tanker and transported to the Dairy on a daily basis.
Once the milk is delivered to the dairy, it is processed into various products. Some of milk is pasteurized, packaged into bottles and then ready to be delivered to potential customers, while the rest is converted into other dairy products such as cheese, cream and butter. Ultimately, all finished products are put on the selves of supermarkets and shops
