The diagram below shows the stages and equipment used in the cement-making process, and how cement is used to produce concrete for building purposes. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

The diagram illustrates how the cement is processed in order to get the concrete that is ready for further utilization in construction purposes.
Overall, the diagram shows that before any cement can be utilized in concrete production it is necessary to undergo several special treatments. The process is rather complex and sophisticated, so it requires the use of machinery and equipment.
In the initial stages, the two natural components like limestone and clay are blended and grounded by a crusher, after what the crushed powder is loaded into the mixer. Following this, the mixture is burned in the rotating heater and comes out as heated and processed powder. The last stages of cement production involve the second grinding and subsequent sorting it by enormous bags.
Later, the cement producers direct the treated and packed cement to the concrete production factories. At this point, in order to convert the cement into the concrete, the producers blend it with other substances in the following proportion: the half is gravel, and the remaining part is distributed between cement (15%), water, and sand (10% and 25% respectively). Finally, the resulting mixture is treated in the concrete mixture and the final product becomes ready for further utilization in building purposes.
