Overall, it is observable to see that the progress consists of seven steps. It commences with milk and terminates with many cups of yogurt. Thus, the basic ingredient whole of the process is milk.
Firstly, prepared milk is poured into a pot and heated at 90 celsius degree for 30 minutes. Notably, the more time you cook, the thicker the yogurt is. Secondly, cooling down the temperature of the pot deliberately to 44 celsius. After the cooling phase, a packet of bacteria is used and milk is cooked at 37 celsius degree for four hours. Then, it is reserved in refrigerator for a period of time before immersing in sugar to enhance its flavour. Finally, yogurt is poured in some cups and wrapped cautiously to delivery to markets
