The diagrams show the procedures of how to produce bricks for building purpose. Overall, there are five stages of the process, using a number of equipments before being able to be used.
In the first step, clay is digged from ground with a digger. This clay will be put on a metal grid, which makes the clay into smaller pieces on the roller. The resulting material will be combined with sand and water and then be rolled into a wire cutter or a mould to take shape of bricks, which are still soft.
After that, these shaped bricks will be dried in a drying oven for about 24-48 hours. Then it comes to the final stage in which bricks will turn hard, which has three containers. The bricks pass through first kiln of moderate temperature of 200 to 980 degrees, to the second kiln of high temperature at 870 to 1,300 degrees and finally they will be cooled down in the cooling chamber. The whole process of heating and cooling takes 48-72 hours.
After all the stages above, bricks are packaged and ready to be delivered.
