The given flow-chart describes how bricks are produced for building industry.
Overall, there are total 7 Processes involved in the production of bricks, beginning with digging of clay and ending with delivery of bricks.
To begin, the clay which is used in manufacturing of brick is dug up using a big digger. This clay is now placed onto a mental grid to break down large particle of clay. A roller help is taken in this process
Following this, a mixture of sand and water is added into clay. And this mixture is turned into brick by either placing it into a mould or using a wire cutter. Next these brick are stored in dry oven for 1-2 days.
In the subsequent stages, there bricks go through heating and cooling process. First, these bricks are kept in a kiln at a moderate temperature and then at a high temperature (200 degree C to 1300 degree C ) after heating these bricks are placed in cooling chamber for 2-3 days. Finally, these bricks are packed and delivered to their destination.
