The flow chart represents the steps for the students who have completed their high school graduation for the university.
Overall, the acedimic process consist of a cyclic plan which starts with applying application form and ends with entering in university after registration with the director.
Initially, the students have to fill up the application form which is available on the university website. In next step, the graduates have to assemble the documents and forward to the admin. After, the student's application is divided into two parts, either the application is temporary accepted or rejected. However, the rejected students have another chance to choose a substitute courses and complete the application process again.
Furthermore, the provisional accepted students have to provide more documents to confirm the admission within a 2 weeks of time period. Later, the participated students are eligible to select their courses. In addition, the selected subjects need an approval by the dean. In the final stage, the students are eligible to enter in the university.
