The given figure delineates a complete procedure of entrance into university for graduates of high school.
High school graduates can begin the process after completing application forms which can easily be downloaded from the university official website. Admin has the authority to cancel and to reject the application. One still has a chance to put up a new application for any other course.
The downloaded and completed applications must reach to Administration which is responsible either to reject, accept or provisionally accept any application within 2 weeks of application submission. The provisionally accepted application needs additional documentation to be accepted after the complete compilation of documents. Any student can cancel his/her application if it is rejected, on the other hand, rejected applicants can apply for any other course as well.
The accepted applicants are then to choose the subjects. These selected subjects will be registered with the Dean of the university. After registration with Dean student is allowed to enter into university for proper classes.
