The provided process illustrate the steps and materials used to produce cement and how cement is used in the concrete-making for construction
There are five main stages in the process of producing cement. However, concrete production includes only two primary steps.
At the first stage of producing cement, limestone and clay are crushed through a machine to become powder. Then, this powder is put into the mixer and is brought into the rotating heater for being heated in high temperature. Next step of the process is grinding the materials to release cement. Finally, cement is packaged into bags and is ready for concrete production.
Making concrete start with combinating ingredients such as water, sand and small tones and cement with the proportion of precisely 10%, 25%, 50% and 15% respectively. This mixture is then put into a concrete mixer, which is the last step of process. After that, concrete are ready to be used for building purposes.
