The given diagrams illustrate the manufacture of the cement and the concrete. The diagram on the left portrays the process of the cement production, while the diagram on the right depicts the production of the concrete.
Turning to detail, as can be seen on the diagram, the manufacture of cement consists of five stages. First of all, limestone and clay are crushed in the crusher. After that, both of which are put into a mixer to ensure mixing equally. Subsequently, the complex of limestone and clay then are collected in a rotating heater, which would increase its temperature to a certain degree. After being heated, this complex is grinded in a grinder. Finally, the cement are accumulated and assembled into bags.
As for the production of the concrete, it is salient that the concrete primarily comprises four components, cement, sand, water, and gravel. Four of which are mixed in the concrete mixer to generate usable concrete. Gravel is the small stones, making up 50% of the concrete. Sand and cement is the second and third largest element of the concrete, accounting for 25% and 15%, respectively. Water has the least percentage, contributing 10% of the concrete.
