The flow charts given illustrates the life cycle of a bee and steps taken to produce honey. As an overall, there are 6 stages of making honey from as simple as an egg to honey in the bee hive. After that, production of honey undergoes 5 steps , starting with honey collection and ends at distributing and selling.

To begin with, a queen bee lay eggs in the honey combs. After 3 days, the egg become larva. This larva needs a week to be fully grown. Following that, larva needs 3 more weeks to develop into bees and be able to leave the hive. This bees will gather nectar from flowers . Finally, bees will leave the nectar in the hive and this will subsequently become honey.

Let us take a look now at production of honey. Firstly, beekeepers remove the honeycombs from the hive. After which, machine will extract honey from the honeycomb. Next, the honey is boiled and cleaned. As soon as honey is ready, it is packed in jars. Finally, honey is distributed to shops to be sold to the public.
