The diagrams show the stages and equipment used in the process of cement making and how cement is used to produce the concrete for building purposes .
The given flow process reveals the information about the process of cement and concrete production by some material
.
It can be seen that ,the process of cement production.There are four steps of the cement production .Firstly, limestone and clay has crusher then change in the powder and secondly powder mixer through the pipe and nextly third stage of production is heat some material with the help of rotating heater and fourth stage of production .The cement production complete with the help of grinder.
As far as trend is concerned that production of concrete that process complete with stage and we need four products .cement ,water,sand and gravel .we should take cement 15%,water10%,sand25%,gravel50% than concrete mixer rotate the clock wise whenever material properly not mixed after than complete that process.
Overall ,it is evident that the steps of making cement as more complicated are require advance machinery while concrete production mixing of component in the right propotion in machine.
