Overall, such a process involves bill and reminder that is releasing as much four times before the correlated laws deal with the late payment. Also, this method guarantees the returning of money for 90 days since the first report.
Initially, when the assertion process has completed, the invoice will be sent and captured as a new bill in their costumers’ account. After the intended person agrees to pay off the debt, the settlement recorded will be given as proof for the finalizing transaction. However, for no responses, the customers will be sent invoice reminder in 30 days period, and this occurs continuously in the second and the last reminder every 45 and 90 days when the owners have no receiving payment yet.
To assure the bills getting paid, the second and third warnings acquire specific result from the administers, and in deadline payment, the customers will be either passed to the legal team or opening legal as their sanctions.
