Furthermore, percentage of people accessed internet from college was remained similar in 1998 and 2000. After that, a steady growth was seen which constituted to 25%. Lastly, in 1998 only 11% people used internet from library and in 2002 propotion was increased which was 18%. In year 2002 and 2004 same proportion of people surfed internet from library which constituted to 15% approximately.
Overall, maximal proportion of people surfed internet from home and minimum proportion of people surfed from library.
