At the beginning, beef was the most popular food, an average person consumed it around 200 grams per week. However, the consumption significantly decreased continuously until 2004, the consumption had dropped to second place of the table. Besides, lamp had been sharing the same trend as beef, only the consumption was lower than beef around 20% in 25 years period.
On the other hand, chicken was not much popular in 1979, only 150 grams of chicken per week were used for food on 1979. Later on, the consumption of chicken slightly increased every 5 years until 1990s, chicken became the most common daily food with around 200 grams per week. As well, it had increased their popularity continuously until 2004. Whereas, fish consumption was not much change in 25 years, an average of fish consumption was only around 50 grams. So that, fish were the latest choice among these meats.
