The line graph depicts the number of pounds of dairy products taken by a person in the USA for the past 40
years.
In the year 1970, the number of pounds of yoghurt consumed was comparatively lowest among all the products. On the contrary, in the year 2010, the intake of cheese per person was the highest among all other products. Both cheese and yoghurt, although having a minimum number of fluctuations, continued to increase steadily over the last half-century.
However, both the low fat and full-fat ice cream had a steady pace over the years, with no major increase or decrease in their intake. Taking all the years and all the four diary products into account, cheese tops the list with 25-pound intake person in the year 2010. And, yoghurt is at the bottom of the graph with the number of almost equalling to zero in the year 1970.
