It is clear that, in 1999, the number of European Nations applicants made for 30,000, followed by the Far East and Middle East with 15,000 and 10,000, respectively. In the next four years, the number of applicants from Far East and Middle East doubled, which counted for 30,000 and 20,000, respectively.
The number of applicants from Africa slightly went up during the year period and reached its peak at almost 6,000 in the year 2003. The number of applicants from Middle East witnessed a wave-like movement, however, it still increased 10,000 more people in 2003 compared to the year 1999.
