the graph below shows the number of enquiries received by Tourist Information Office in one city a six-month period in 2011

The graph illustrates the intensity of the utility of different kinds of communication given by Tourist Information Office in an area during half of a year in 2011.

Overall, the graph which is measured in the first half of the year focuses on three types of enquiries ( face-to-face, by letter/email and by telephones). The trends of in person and by telephone enquiry go upwards through the months while the remaining trend is the opposite

First of all, people contact each other directly keep increasing unstoppably over the period and takes the first place at the end of the graph ( about 1900 people ) despite beginning with the lowest position ( over 400 people ). Follow that, telephone users still rises but not continuously, it slightly falls in the first month and is stable from March to April.

Although the letter/email consumers have a better formation than face-to-face, the trend still decreases gradually in nearly two months (January to middle March) and sharply in almost two months (middle March to middle May) and it stays the same in until the end of May
