The line graph represents the volume of enquiries came through three modes in the tourist information office from January to June in the year of 2011.
Overall, it was clear that the most preferred modes of quires were brought individuals and by telephone compare to letter and emails received in this office.
In the initial months approximately 450 quires brought by individuals in this office. Then there was gradual increase up to 800 in March after that this mode become more popular and it was over 1800 in June. The second preferred mode was by telephone. In January their number over 800 and in it March reached to 1000.It remains same in March and April. After April their number rose significantly to1600 in June.
The lesser volume of quries rece through letters and emails during the period. It was less than 800 enquiries from the beginning to end. After month April it had fallen dramatically less than 400 quires.
