In 1992, the number of graduated students in male and female was 70,000 and 100,000 approximately. The figure fluctuated continuingly until 2002, around 75,000 with men and 105,000 with women.
The next period witnessed a considerable rise in both figures. The number of female students rose to 130,000 in 2004 and reached its peak in 2007 at 150,000 people. Similarly, the figure for men went up to 85,000 in 2004 and peaked at about 95,000 in 2007.
