The line chart represent the information about the elderly people, who categoried age with an 65 and over in three different countries such as Japan, Sweden, and USA from 1940 to 2040.
According to the petcentages, in the beginning of the period the USA illustrated the highest percentage of elderly people which was around 9% in 1940. However the elderly population in Japan presented the least percentage was 5% and Sweden was approximately 7% in 2040. In 1980 Sweden and USA had been increased till around 14% and15% in respectively their population, which were nearly as twice as large as population in 1940. Whereas Japan deceased slightly until 3% by 1960 and leveled off until 1980.
After 50years later in between 2020 and 2040 Japan had been achieved as three times as grate as population who over 65 in1980, though between 1980 and 2020, the elderly people almost remained constant, whereas by 2020 in Sweden was rose till 20%.
Overall, it can be clearly seen that in the beginning of the period USA was the highest and lowest was the Japan, though at the end of the period Japan was the highest and lowest was USA. Mover, Sweden was not change their level expect in around 2020.
