The graph below shows a typical American and a Japanese office. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and comparisons where relevant.

Given are the two layouts depicting a typical Japanese and American office
In Japan, the typical office is arranged in a common space which does not respect individualism. The huge window is located in the north and just behind the department manager area. Nearby, two table columns are placed parallel to each other across that office. However, the office in America is distinctive to eight mini boxes for all employees which are located in the middle of the room and surrounded by the other room. The box type has higher security than the Japanese office and makes people more focused at work. On the other hand, the employees in Japan sit around 2 large table clusters with section managers at the top and the department manager is arranged separately at the personal table which has the best space with only a window in the office. Coming back to the American office, the employees are surrounded by the manager area in the east and the other room in the west which have two chains of windows on both sides. In the east, the section manager is placed between that second one above and the department below. Furthermore, there are printer copier, storage, and two conference rooms in order from north to south.
