In 1993, growth if wages was at two percent, but it has rapidly doubled to four percent in 1994. Growth of wages has been declined by one percent in 1995 and 1996, however it has been quickly risen from four percent in 1997 to six percent in 1998 with the highest rate of growth.

Speed of growth of wages has been fallen significantly by rate of three percent from 1998 to 1998. During 1999 to 2000 period, rate of growth remained steady and further more, it has been decreased gradually to one percent growth rate from 2000 to 2002 which was registered as the least speed of growth of wages. After 2002 it has been climbed up to two percent of growth.
