this graph has interesting information about how fish and other different meats are consumed by people in one European country.
it is pretty clear that there was obvious changes during the time.chicken consumption almost increased during the 1979 and 1989. However, in some points it decreased but this decade was a great start for this consumption.Before 1994, chicken gained enough fans to insure the increase in consumption. Although, beef and lamb were used highly, the consumption decreased during 1984 and 2004.
people tend to change their their ideas about eating chicken through these shown years is which because of the reasonable price compared to its nutrition.beef and lamb consumption have almost same changes.However, beef is more used per person per week than lamb. The most intrigued part of the graph is fish consumption which is highly stable through 1979 and 2004, though, if we look closer we can find out people consume fish more in 1979 than in 2004.
In all, it is safe to say people pay more attention to the price than nutrition since the meats with low prices have been consumed more and they changed the most during these years.
