Overall, what stands out from the graph is that there were upward trends in all researched categories. Noticeably, CD Player constantly dominated the technology market over the period.
In particular, when it comes to CD Player and Computer, the given graph witnessed considerable increases from 60%, 40% to 80%, 70% respectively in the percentage of households, which continuously accounted for the highest numbers. Regarding Telephone Cells, the figure stood at about 15% in 1997, then grew dramatically by 55% without fluctuations in 2001.
Meanwhile, in terms of DVD Players, the proportion of households declined slightly from approximately 25% in 1997 to 20% in the next year, then rose back to 25% in 1999. At this point, there was a significant growth of 30% in the figure in 2001, which occupied the smallest percentage. Concerning Internet, the graph experienced a upward fluctuation from 10% to roughly 55% in 2001, which consecutively constituted the lowest percentages.
