Overall, the raising the US and Sweden elders are just slightly different while in Japan, it has gone up considerably especially in the near future. The highest prediction about the retired is in Japan which is up to over 25%.
RegardingJapan, from the beginning of the survey ( 1940 ) to roughly a decade ago, the aged 65 and over dropped downwards gradually ( 5% to slightly lower about 2% or 3%). However, the percentage has raised upwards (5% to 10%) and dramatically push up to 25% until the middle of the 2020s.
On the other hand, the US and Sweden have been rising more stable than Japan. The initial proportion of the US is marginally higher than Sweden ( 10% to between 5% and 10%), so the US leads half of the graph. However, in nearly two decades, the elders in the US appeared to remain while Sweden still went up. In the last years of the research, Sweden has a more aged population only after Japan
