The graphs below give information about computer ownership as a percentage of the population between 2002 and 2010 and by level of education for the years 2002 and 2010

The preceding table charts clearly display and compare that is the proportion of computer possession from the year 2002 to 2010 both by comparison of total population and education level.
An initial impression from the graphs is that computer ownership jumped over the time scale and the figure for citizens’ education also shows a similar trend.
From the year 2002 onwards, the residents were inclined to possess computer devices, with a significant proportion at almost 60% . Also, the share of the population owning computers is constantly increasing over the period of time, with nearly three quarter people owning computers.
As can be seen from the second graph is that the percentages of computer ownership by education level illustrated the correlated uptrend to the first graph. The most significant rise is seen in people without a high school diploma from mere 15 percent in 2002 to almost 40 percent in 2010. Meanwhile, the percentages of people owning computers with a high school graduate degree, incomplete college, bachelor's degree and postgraduate degree also jumped from 40, 55, 70 and 80 to 65, 85, 90 and 95 respectively. According to the table, with the figure experiencing an inerratic period was proportional to the intellectual level during the time scale.
