The diagram shows the procedure of making chocolate.
At the first step, the chocolate making process start from the cacao tree which are planted most in ideal area such as South America, Africa and Indonesia. Once the tree is grown up and its cacaos turns into the ripe red pods, the pods are collected by the farmers. After collecting the cacao, people cut through the pod and white beans inside the cacao is exposed which are used for the next stage. White cacao beans are fermented before people spread it on a large tray to dry them under the hot sun.
Next, the dried beans are put in the large sacks for storing the beans, loaded on train or lorry and transported to the factory. Then, the dried beans are roasted under the heat of 350 degree Fahrenheit. After roasted, the beans are moved to the crusher to crush it into the outer shell which is removed from the process and the inner part is used. At the last stage, the inner part is pressed into the liquid chocolate product and used for later goods.
Overall, after 10 man-made process, the cacao on the cacao tree is performed into the production of liquid chocolate.
