Overall, what stands out from the diagram is that from the framing field till to the production of liquid chocolate takes 10 steps.
To begin with the first five stages, according to the diagram cacao trees harvested in America, Africa, and Indonesia, in the next stage from the cacao plant the white beans are collected for the next process. Then the beans are passed through a fermentation process and after that, it is kept on a large table and layout, so that, it can dry in sunlight naturally. In the fifth stage, the dry beans keep in the sacks are in a particular amount.
Then, for the further process, it is transported through a different medium such as lorry or train to the company. In step 8, the beans are roasted at a certain temperature as shown in the picture the temperature is 350 degrees centigrade. Furthermore, the beans are put into a crushing machine to separate the outer shell. In the final stage, the inner part of the beans is pressed by a machine and turn it to liquid chocolate.
