As it is very clear, that a healthy life lives in a healthy diet but craving of having fast food, could successfully change a person's mind. And here the following graph, is remarkably showing the amount of fast food consumed by Australian teenagers particularly from 1975 to 2000.
It is clearly showing that fish and chips consumption dramatically decreases from 1975 to 2000 and at the end of the 2000 it remains less than half of past years. While on the other hand, the demand of Hamburgers, hitting more and more, year by year and between 1995 to 2000, it crosses over 100 (no. of items eaten per year). Graph of Pizza, also increases with a very fast rate but after 1995 to 2000 it remains constant and that is a good sign of a healthy country that people are becoming more aware about their health.
As the graph is clearly displaying, the consumption of fast food items like Hamburgers and pizza, has been drastically increasing, which is definitely not a positive output for a human health. It is good to see the graph line of Fish and chips, regardless of other fast food items containing more carbs and fatty acids.
According to my opine, people must have to take care of their health first, because a healthy diet brings more years to person's life and also makes him more active.
