Dear Peter,

Hope so all is going good with you! Last Saturday, you had throw a birthday party but i could not make it possible. Firstly i am sincerely apologizing for missing it, but next day on Sunday, i had to give my IELTS exam and i was preparing for it, whole day and night and after a day tomorrow, i had to go for documents verification.

You know very well, how much precious is you for me. But you are also aware of it that for the first time i had missed it. I do not want to make you sad on the special day of your life, so that is why i did not told you previously. Even i could not postponed it because the dates were already fixed. I know that were supposing me to be there with lots of surprises but i could not not make through it.

Next upcoming week, i am coming to your place and i have already planned a trip for both of us. The place where we are going, is a surprise for you, so for now you just start to wrap your clothes. Hope we would enjoy there and will give my full efforts to make this tour a mesmerizing dream for you.

Hope you will understand my problem. Please revert me back as soon as possible because i have to also make the further arrangements.

Your's friendly
XYZ
