Overall, production of paper and packaging was always the highest over the period shown. In 1990, forest industry witnessed a dramatic change in three types of production.
In 1980, 170 million tonnes of wood pulp, 200 million tonnes of sawn-wood and 230 million tonnes of paper and packaging were produced. After 10 year, production of paper and packaging showed a slight rise, reached at 250 million tonnes in 190 while sawn-wood and wood pulp experienced a marginal drop, to 150 million tonnes.
