As regards, the rate of Borrowings experienced a wide variety of increase and decreases which started from about 800 million dollars at 2012, anticipating to saw a peak of 1400 million dollars in 2020, saw a falling into 800 million again and remain stable until 2022, however, the Grants and subsidies remained almost stable until 2015, then, saw a rise to approximate amount of 800 million in 2016 and a fall to near amount of 600 million in 2017 and it will stand in an almost same level (500 million dollars) until 2022.
