linear process
The below diagram illustrate how linear is produced. The mentioned process has 6 stages in order to be delivered to the customers.
At the first stage, clay is dug out of the ground and then is put on the roller in metal grid. Following this step, where both sand and water are added in the process, all of them are turned in either wire cutter or mound to be shaped in some rectangle articles which are called bricks.
Subsequently, the mentioned combination of those ingredients which now are formed as bricks are located in drying oven in order to become arid within 24 until 48 hours. In the fourth step, although they are dry, they have not been shaped so they require high warmth for that reason. First they are set on moderate heat around 200- 980 centigrade and then in higher degree of heat 870-1300 centigrade.
Afterwards they are placed in cooling chamber for 48 or 72 hours in order to reduce their temperature. In the next stage, they all are packed in a giant packages. And finally, they are delivered to people who have requested for them.
