In the western area of the village, in 1995, there were houses situated alongside with a road whose location has not undergone any changes throughout the research time. At the same time, adjacent to the houses was a block of houses, whereas currently, some of them and a road have been constructed to the west of it. Likewise, the shop and the fish market located in the southwest corner have been pulled down to make way for the introductions of a restaurant and apartments respectively, accompanied by the disappearance of the fishing port.
To the east of the village, while the farmland has been converted into a golf, there has been the erection of a tennis at the position where the forest park used to be. In addition, the hotel and the café in the southeast area has remained unchanged, compared to the available plot of land next to the hotel that has been used to build a car park.
