The map shows two potential locations for a new supermarket in the town of Garlsdon.
It is clear from the map that the first site (S1) is in the countryside, while the second site (S2) is in the town center. Additionally, the crucial transport system for both supermarket locations is a railway.
According to the map, S1 is outside in the town to the northwest of Garlsdon, and this site is close to the housing area. Meanwhile, S2 is right in the central town, which is surrounded by the industrial area and the residential zone.
In addition, there are three main roads from Bransdon, Cransdon and Hindon to Garlsdon town. However, there is a no traffic zone in the town center, parking would be a problem in S2. By contrast, the position of S1 can accommodate a lot of cars. Both supermarket sites are near the railway that links between Hindon and Cransdon.
