The map below is of the town of Garlsdon. A new supermarket (S) is planned for the town. The map shows two possible sites for the supermarket.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The map illustrates the information about 2 potential places namely S1 and S2 that a new supermarket of the Garlson’s town can be built in. It can be clearly seen that one of the sites is located in the countryside while the other one is in the middle of crowded area in Garlson.

The first place (S1) is in the countryside in the North-West area of the town which is far away from the city center and residential area. Furthermore, in this site, there are two convenient transportation routes: railway and main roads to Hindon which is a town with the population of 10000 people. However, S1 does not seem to be convenient for citizens of two other cities to come.

On the other hand, the second site is situated in the middle of the city where is no-traffic zone and has only railway through that area. Nonetheless, there is a nearby industrial area and a housing zone in the North and South where citizens in the town can easily access. In addition, it is fairly appropriate for those living all 3 towns: Hindon, Brasdon and Cransdon to reach it. To go from Bransdon, people can only visit supermarket through the main road, but from Cransdon and Hindon, they can either go by train or by car through the main roads.
