Overall , Islip town is going to witness dramatic changes including in road construction and add up further facilities to the town
Nowadays, people use a main road in middle of town but in future it would demolished and is going converted to pedestrians,however there is a plan to build a dual carriage road around city , the most noticable changes is going to occur in north of town by removing rural areas and shops and replacing it by roads and facilities such as bus station , car park,shopping centre and new residential property , in other hand as planned future map shows south of city is going to remain similar to nowdays , although there is going to be small changes including converting park to smaller area and building new houses.By contrasting maps only schoolband houses wich is located in south of islip town will remain fairly unchanged in future developments
