The maps describe the development which took place on the seaside resort of Templeton between 1990 and 2005.
In general, the village witnessed significant changes with most tree disappearing and big houses mushrooming.
To specify, in the north, some individual houses were demolished while others we relocated and an airport was constructed after around a decade. However, a hospital, a school, and a lake were still there over the years.
By comparison, in the north, the rate of growth was more noticeable. For example, over fifteen years almost the trees and personal houses were destroyed to give way to a supermarket, a factory and a series of big building beside the sea. The striking point was that only by dint of the extension of the railway station from the est to the west was the traveling easier for citizens.
In conclusion, the resort became more modern but less environment-friendly because of the complete disappearance of the trees in the est.
