The maps below show an industrial area in the town of Norbiton, and planned future development of the site.
This report derives from two pictorial illustrating the current layout of a commercial site on the east of the town Norbiton and the planned renovation blueprint of the sector.
Broadly speaking, the whole manufacturing area is planned to turn into a residential neighborhood with the installment various supporting facilities and residences.
A glance at the graph reveals that, the current roundabout only has two openings and some industries around it. The eastern road from it has a number of factories scattered around it. All these industries will be removed. Shops will set up around the rotary and a hospital will be built at the southeast side of it. The eastern road will have housing on each side and a playground at north. Eventually, it will lead to a school that will be constructed at the far east of the map. As a result, the current country side will be shrinked and shifted at the east side of the map. In the south, at the junction of the two highways a small rotary will be established.
By contrast, two more opening will be added to the traffic circle. One will go towards northwest where homes will be constructed at the end and north side of it. Other will pass through the river as a new bridge is to be established which will connect it with homes and roads at the far northern side. As a result, the current country side will be shrinked and shifted at the east side of the map.
