the given maps illustrate Norbiton industrial area now and in the future. generally speaking, it can be seen that there will be a large quantity of amenities provided to the town and all factories will be demolished in this new development.
Take a closer look to the details, on the northen side, a new house will be introduced in the the farm land. The river will be separated by a new route which connect the farmland and residential area. There will be a significant changed in factories that all of them will be replaced by houses in the future.
However, in the planned map, public facilities will be installed surrounding the main roundabout. To the north west of the roundabout, a new road will be opened and filled by houses. Another roundabout will also be constructed to connect the road and extended more routes in the Norbiton’ s new development map
