Overall, the city has undergone radical changes with the most noticeable being the expansion of residential area to meet the growth in its population.
In 1950, there were 20,000 people living in this city. There was a main road which ran from the north to the south and another main road started from the left-hand to the right-hand side, near the airport. Moreover, a business district was in the city centre and the residential area was in the north of this district. Additionally, there was a river running from the south-west to the south-east of the map and a bridge connecting a government building to the south with the business district.
After 7 decades, the population of this city has rocketed to 200,000. Another main road and a bridge have been erected to connect the south-west and the east of the city. Furthermore, the business district and residential area have greatly expanded to a larger area. A part of the river has been converted into a lake. To the east of the river, a dam has been constructed next to the extended airport. In addition, there is a new government building in the south.
