The marriage

According to Islamic law, marriage is a very strong contract or Mîtsâqan Ghalîdzan to obey Allah Swt command and do it as worship (Hakim, 2000). Furthermore, with the completion and validity of a marriage contract, there is a sacred and noble mandate and obligation on the shoulders of husband and wife simultaneously and balanced, namely jointly responsible for organizing the needs of cohabiting, creating a home (Hamid, 1976). According to Supeno (2008), the obligation has a vertical dimension to Allah Swt Almighty also have the right and obligation of mutually among married couple and children born in the marriage.
Children are a mandate from Allah SWT that has been given to married couples, so husband and wife should educate and care for children while the child cannot be independent (Hasan, 2004). A man must provide for his children. Children are part of the parents.
