The diagram illustrates the way tomato ketchup is produced. There are 15 stages in the process, from harvesting the tomatoes to enjoying ketchup with food.
The first stage is that farmers pick ripe tomatoes from the trees and put it into their baskets. After that, they classify the good tomatoes from the bad and delivery the fruit to the ketchup making factory. In order to make a bottle of tomato ketchup, some unuseful parts of tomato are removed, such as: stalks, seeds, and skins before tomatoes are put into containers. At this stage, workers use a crush machine to make tomatoes into liquid after which salt, sugar, and vinegar are added to the mixture which give them extra flavor. Once the mixture is boiled to an appropriate temperature, it is left for two hours.
The following step is that the mixture is put into individual bottles and the label of producer are pasted outward the bottle. When the quality of tomato ketchup is controlled, they are put into boxes and are taken to the supermarket where they are put on the shelves to be sold. Finally, customer can enjoy it with some hamburgers and fries.
