To commence with, pie chart depicts, water heating consumed 25% of energy which is three times more than energy consumed by fridges and lighting. Further more, most of the energy is used by heating and cooling with 38%, whereas least energy is applied on stand by power with 3% only. Similarly, other appliances such as, hairdryer, iron and dish washers accessed 16% energy in households.
Probing ahead, it is noticed in tabular chart, when there is 1 individual than electricity consumed is 5000 to 6500 kWh. Moreover, when number of people are 2, 3 and 6 or more than, power used is 6000 to 8500 kWh, 7500 to 10000 kWh and 12,000 to 16,000 kWh respectively.
Overall, it is evident that, small appliances use minimum energy, compared to others, while consumption of electricity inclines with rise in quantity of people.
