The pie charts below show the comparison of different kinds of energy production in France in two years 1995 and 2005
The given pie charts illustrate the comparison of five distinct energy outputs including gas, coal, nuclear, petrol and other in France in two years 1995 and 2005.
Overall, as can be seen, while the proportion of petrol manufactured experienced a decline, the figures for the rest of the energy sources have an opposite tendency. Moreover, coal and gas were the greatest significant productions of energy in both years.
In particular, the proportion of coal manufactured ranked first at 29,8 percent and 30,93 percent in 1995 and 2005 respectively. In 1995, that percentage of gas produced stood at 29,63 percent before increasing marginally to 30,31 percent in the next 10 years, making it the second position.
The year 1995 witnessed the proportion of petrol produced standing at 29,27 percent but later, the was a dramatic fall of 9,72 percent in that data of petrol output, however, in both years the rank third still belonged to petrol.
In terms of nuclear and other manufactured, despite the lowest position in comparison with coal, gas and petrol, the proportion of them went through a remarkable climb. both the percentage of nuclear produced and other produced in 2005 was in the vicinity of twice times as much as that data in 1995.
